Nokia Care

I want to burst. For a fact, Philippines has widely provided the world with call center agents or mere customer service representatives. They are expected to be well conversed with English, satisfy customers by fixing their concerns, and possess pleasing personality.

Two weeks ago, I came to visit Nokia Care at SM New Annex to fix my phone's problem. I got a number and waited to be assisted. When it was my time to sit down with a customer representative and air out my issue, I was a bit disappointed of the woman's  tone of voice. She was the typical taray we Filipinos know.

In the middle of our talk, I asked for a phone replacement if proven that the problem was a factory defect. But she insists of the NO REPLACEMENT POLICY with her snobbish accent and ten eyebrows up. That instance, I realized there's no point of insisting what I want. I'm talking with a shit.

I wasn't able to note her name but for sure I remember grouchy face. I already informed Nokia regarding this issue and I hope it will be resolved.

Less than a month and counting...

I'm up for boring Physics class this summer. Aside from going to the classroom as early as seven in the morning, our room is directly facing the summer heat. It's a two-hour class jump packed with lecture bombardment. It's all blah blah blah, this and that, and a short quiz just right to steer up some awakening hormones doing some tedious calculations.

Classes will soon end by the 17th or 18th of May this year and I'll be back in GenSan by the 19th, day/s after the final exam. By that time, rotating brownouts will no longer be experienced in our province so I'll have an unlimited time for internet indulgence.
